Ermeth/From demo to project

From demo to project

The demos show how a workflow could work. For your business, we define a separate project scope, the connections it needs and how it will be tested.

Interactive examples

Explore how
it works.

Handle enquiries, receipts, appointments and documents using fictional data. Use the examples to judge whether a similar workflow would help your team.

  1. Choose a task and try it.
  2. Check the result in the demo.
  3. Note any questions about your own project.

Your project scope

Define
the task.

Start with a website. Add a dashboard or client area if it solves a specific task. We agree what belongs in the project and which existing systems stay.

  1. Review the audience and existing content.
  2. Describe the workflow you need.
  3. Set out pages and features in the quotation.

Systems and data

Check
the connections.

A working demo is not yet connected to your tools. We check the available interfaces, required data and responsibilities before planning an integration.

  1. Review existing applications and access.
  2. Define the data and permissions needed.
  3. Plan for errors and manual review.

Pilot and live use

Review before
going live.

A client portal starts as a limited pilot. Roles, separation of client data and the complete workflow are tested before live use. Support and ongoing costs are agreed separately.

  1. Check features against agreed test cases.
  2. Test access, access revocation and recovery.
  3. Document acceptance, handover and support.
